This 5,000 s.f. home design is a direct response of the 20 ft diagonally sloping site with dramatic views of two waterfalls and surrounding peaks in Telluride. The “Down-in-Front” concept respects the views from the street and neighboring sites. An open floor plan creates a loft-like interior that takes advantage of steep views in all directions. With 4 bedrooms, a studio, office, lock-off guest suite and three and a half car garage, the home takes on a simple rectangular shape with a single sloping shed roof to minimize the roof planes and maintain a low profile, barely visible from the adjacent cul-de-sac.
